Research Service Overview

Service Description

Ideas International's (IDEAS) Business Continuity Research and Advisory Service addresses the issues faced by business continuity product developers, infrastructure managers, system administrators, and end users as they strive to ensure maximum uptime, availability, and data integrity for their environments. Our Business Continuity research examines not only the business continuity and associated high-availability technologies, but also the variables that play into a business continuity purchase decision, such as cost-of-ownership, business implications, return-on-investment, service, support, and regulatory compliance. This service evaluates the leading business continuity vendors to determine who will lead in the marketplace and identifies the special business continuity requirements of the SMB marketplace.

Through objective assessments of the strengths and weaknesses of current and proposed business continuity/high-availability solutions (in light of current and emerging customer and regulatory requirements), our research provides vendors and users with a better understanding of market requirements.
